The attentiveness of the staff. Being heard and accommodated in a timely fashion. No one was rude or disrespectful that worked for this company. ALSO a pigeon hung out on our balcony the entire time we were here. We named him Bartholomew.

Staff always friendly

Very clean, great location, great accommodations for families. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly! I loved the indoor and outdoor pools & the proximity (and access) to the beach! The pool has a bar near it, which serves food, and there are clean bathrooms by the pool too. The inside of the hotel smelled so good! Our room was clean, there was no worry about bedbugs or anything (as I saw with other properties), and the beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was nice and clean, the cabinets had clean dishes in them for us to use, and the kitchen sink had a mini bottle of dishwashing liquid. The bathroom was clean and has plenty of towels and washcloths ready for us. The soft lighting was a nice touch as well. Extra towels were provided to us by request. We will be staying here again & yes I would highly recommend this property! Also if you have a family or are looking for a bigger room, I would definitely book a 2 or 3 bedroom suite in the main building. We booked a one bedroom suite in the Dominican building for a family of 5 (2 adults, and three children) and we had plenty of room.

Our 3 bedroom condo was spaceous, clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and my family commented that they slept so good! We had a wonderful view of the beach from the livingroom, master bedroom and balcony. Having a washer and dryer was in the condo was so handy to wash beach towels, clothes and bathing suits. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The hotel staff is cheerful, helpful and work hard around the clock to keep the facility spotless. The parking garage was big and accomadating.

I loved everything. The beds. We're great. The view was perfect. There were always luggage carts available when we came, and when we left. The kitchen was beautiful. I had my daughter and 6 grandchildren with me, and there were plenty of beds and and it even had a couch that made into a bed. I was thrilled that the location was just a few steps away from the elevators, plus we were right across from the ice machine. The lobby was magnificent with white marble everywhere. There were plenty of agents to help, so no waiting. All of the staff was polite and. gracious. The children were so happy with all of the pools. They loved playing in the ocean too. This was my best vacation ever.
